                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                  THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT TO EXECUTE 
                  A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE CORNERSTONE 
                  ORGANIZATION FOR THE LEASE OF THE WALNUT 
                  STREET BRIDGE AND WALNUT STREET TURNAROUND FOR 
                  THE WALNUT STREET BRIDGE FESTIVAL ON OCTOBER 
                  21, 1995 (FROM 2:00 P.M. TO 8:00 P.M.).
                  
                  
                                                     
                  
                  
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Parks and 
       Recreation Department be and is hereby authorized to execute a 
       Lease Agreement with The Cornerstone Organization for the lease 
       of the Walnut Street Bridge and Walnut Street Turnaround adjacent 
       to the Walnut Street Bridge from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. October 
       21, 1995 for the purpose of the Walnut Street Bridge Festival.
